The Owner’s Representative will lead the project team through all phases of design and construction, focusing on addressing the specific needs of homeowners. This role requires strong time management, budgeting, and organizational skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with homeowners, design teams, general contractors, and subcontractors. As a leader and advocate, you will drive the project forward, ensuring the successful execution of our clients' vision and goals.
Experience & Qualifications
- 10 years of professional experience in luxury residential construction.
- A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent combination of experience and education).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and coordinate a project team composed of experts to meet the client’s needs and objectives.
- Provide expert guidance to homeowners to optimize value throughout the building process.
- Ensure alignment between all project team members and maintain clear communication during each phase of design and construction.
- Develop and oversee detailed conceptual budgeting and estimating models.
- Maintain and manage project budgets, ensuring they are realistic and achievable.
- Manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to the established budget.
- Review contracts, fee proposals, design team drawings, specifications, and cost estimates to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals.
- Oversee contracts and approve pay applications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure the highest quality of construction and industry best practices.
