Case Worker Supervisor/Rehabilitation Specialist (PRP)
Reports To: Program Director
Position Summary: The Field Supervisor/Rehabilitation Specialist is responsible for supervising field staff and providing direct psychiatric rehabilitation services to adults 18 and older experiencing Serious Mental Illness (SMI). This position ensures that services are delivered in compliance with Maryland State Healthcare regulations, CARF standards, HIPAA, and Maryland's Administrative Service Organization (ASO) rules and regulations. The Field Supervisor/Rehabilitation Specialist also assists in staff development and quality assurance activities."
Operational Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am – 6pm
Primary Responsibilities:
• Field Staff Supervision:
o Supervise and support field staff, including case managers and rehabilitation specialists.
o Conduct regular field visits to ensure staff compliance with service protocols and quality standards.
o Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for field staff.
• Direct Client Services:
o Conduct assessments and develop individualized rehabilitation plans for clients.
o Provide direct psychiatric rehabilitation services, including skill development, symptom management, and community integration.
o Monitor and document client progress and adjust service plans as needed.
• Regulatory Compliance:
o Ensure compliance with all relevant Maryland State Healthcare regulations, CARF standards, HIPAA, and ASO requirements.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
o Participate in accreditation and audit processes as required.
• Quality Assurance:
o Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation services.
o Implement quality improvement initiatives based on feedback and data analysis.
o Ensure high levels of client satisfaction with services.
• Community Engagement:"

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counseling, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in psychiatric rehabilitation or mental health services.
• Certifications: Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) credential preferred.

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
