Job Summary
The Clinic Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of services in a patient-centered approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff, process timesheets, and order supplies for the clinic.
- Identify opportunities for improvement relating to service delivery, quality-of-work life, and patient care issues.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and clinic policies for patient services, personnel management, and environmental safety.
- Build and manage relationships with community partners and represent the organization professionally in the community.
- Oversee integration of services in the clinic and ensure that patient-centered medical home principles are present in operations.
- Assist the director in managing performance improvement processes, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing reports.
