Key Responsibilities :
- Represent a varied clientele in all federal tax compliance and governance aspects.
- Represent clients before federal, state, and local tax authorities; before state trial and appellate courts; and in U.S. Tax Court, U.S. Court of Federal Claims, federal district courts, and federal appeals courts.
- Engage directly with high-profile clients and internal teams to provide tailored legal solutions.
- Our private wealth services team focuses on the unique tax needs of high-net-worth clients worldwide, including estate planning, gift and estate tax law, and family business succession issues.
- Navigate complex legal frameworks with a focus on tax-exempt and not-for-profit organizations.
