Structuring and executing complex credit investments for private equity and credit funds.
Advising on leveraged buyouts, distressed and growth capital transactions, and restructurings.
Collaborating across sectors and geographies on sophisticated, bespoke financings.
Acting for both borrowers and lenders across the capital structure.
You’ll play a pivotal role in deal execution, take “the pen” on first drafts, and help drive signings and closings in dynamic, fast-paced transactions.
What We’re Looking For
3–7 years of experience in secured lending, leveraged finance, or special situations.
Demonstrated experience leading components of deal execution.
Exposure to direct lending, PE-backed finance, and restructuring transactions preferred.
Admission to the DC Bar and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
Strong drafting skills, commercial acumen, and a passion for innovative finance solutions.
