Senior Employment Attorney – AmLaw 100 Client (Hybrid, NJ / NY)
Are you a seasoned employment attorney passionate about solving complex legal challenges? Our AmLaw 100 client, a global labor and employment law leader, is seeking a Senior Employment Attorney to join their collaborative and innovative team. This is a rare opportunity to work on high-stakes litigation, provide strategic legal counsel to top-tier clients, and support corporate transactions—all within a supportive, forward-thinking culture. This firm is open to discussions on Senior Associate or Counsel titles.
The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll be key in handling sophisticated litigation and providing expert employment law advice. Based out of Short Hills, NJ, or New York, NY , with a flexible hybrid work arrangement , this position offers a dynamic mix of responsibilities, including :
- Managing class action and single-plaintiff cases involving wage and hour claims, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination.
- Drafting and negotiating employment agreements, severance packages, and other key documents.
- Advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions, including due diligence and employee mobility issues.
- Navigating federal and state employment laws to guide clients on compliance, compensation practices, FMLA / ADA matters, and more.
Ideal Candidate Profile
To thrive in this role, you should possess :
Bar admission in New Jersey and / or New York is required.
