Who You Are
- 6 years of experience representing private credit lenders in middle-market secured financing transactions.
- Expertise in cash flow financings, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations, including both senior and junior capital facilities.
- Strong background in drafting and negotiating commitment papers, term sheets, credit agreements, collateral documents, and intercreditor agreements.
- Experience with restructurings, cross-border transactions, and asset-based financings is a plus.
- A motivated team player with strong client relationship skills and a results-oriented work ethic.
- Member of the New York State Bar with stellar academic credentials and prior Big Law experience.
