Our client, premier wall street law firm, is seeking a Private Credit Corporate Mid-Level or Senior Associate.
Schedule: hybrid 2 or 3 days in office
Billables: They do not have billable hours requirements, and their bonuses are awarded based on good standing rather than hours.
Qualifications:
- At least three years of experience in corporate work, with substantial exposure to private credit transactions including with direct lenders, private credit funds, and other institutional investors and investment banks in corporate finance transactions, leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings and recapitalization transactions.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to the NY bar.
- Preferred candidates will have experience in structuring and executing traditional first lien, unitranche, stretch senior, second lien and subordinated loan transactions, structured equity investments, including non-traditional preferred stock financings, and equity co-investments.
Salary : $260,000 - $435,000
