- Engage in high-impact litigation, investigations, and M&A transactions involving government contractors.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in government contracts law.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Preference for candidates with:
- Judicial clerkship experience (Federal Circuit or Court of Federal Claims).
- Academic training in government contracts law.
- Experience in government contract-related M&A transactions, including due diligence, asset/stock purchase agreements, and novations.
- Judicial clerkship experience (Federal Circuit or Court of Federal Claims).
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Washington, D.C.
