What We're Looking For
- Experience: At least 3 years of corporate transactional experience, ideally in an AmLaw 100 setting. Specific expertise in life sciences agreements is essential.
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) with exceptional academic credentials.
- Bar Admission: Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
- Skills:
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Business judgment and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
