About the Role
The Individual Supports Program Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective administration and management of clinical, budgetary, and business operations within the Individual Support Program at Advocates.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to organize staffing functions, promoting efficient consumer contact, services, and satisfaction.
- Monitor staff scheduling to guarantee economy and efficiency in consumer contact and program coverage, providing additional support when necessary.
- Collaborate with the Administrative Director to manage administrative processes and requirements, completing weekly supervision with staff and yearly performance evaluations.
- Conduct bi-weekly staff meetings, including regular training opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Evaluate and ensure all required staff trainings are up-to-date, monitoring implementation and compliance.
- Foster constructive and productive internal and external communications among staff, managers, providers, vendors, and funding sources.
- Offer hands-on support to individuals on a regular basis.
- Maintain adherence to agency policies, OSHA, and other safety standards to ensure the health and safety of individuals and staff.
- Review individual support plans to guarantee they are person-centered and aligned with the individual's life goals, coordinating weekly appointments and activities to meet social and medical needs.
- Complete monthly billing (SDRs) for the IS program, adhering to established deadlines.
