AE is seeking an Administration Director who will oversee all office administration, internal communication, event planning, and administrative services for key company programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, strategic communication, and event coordination, with the ability to collaborate with various teams and ensure smooth operations for the company.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in office management, executive support, or related administrative roles. Experience managing communication strategies and organizing events is essential.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
- Proven experience in event planning and execution, with attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
