Inside Sales Representative
Position
Process orders for merchandise received by mail, telephone, fax, e-mail or internet while ensuring customer satisfaction. Work cooperatively with outside sales and other members of the sales team to grow existing customers and create new customers while increasing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Process quotes and orders received and inform customer of any changes
- Process change orders
- Inform customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by the customer
- Monitor production order schedules and expedite delivery per customer requests
- Maintain detailed files for documentation
- Serve as liaison with manufacturing, engineering, and shipping personnel
Qualifications
- Experience with computer programs including MAPICS, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Outlook
- 3 years related experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic math and reading skills
