We are a general contractor based in Cumming, GA, specializing in ground-up gas stations and restaurants across the Southeast. Our projects are fast-paced, high-quality builds requiring experienced Superintendents who can maintain efficiency and precision on-site. This role requires travel throughout the Southeast, with company-paid travel home every weekend.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of experience as a Superintendent overseeing ground-up construction projects.
- Must reside within a 5-hour drive of Cumming, GA (Specify city of residence).
- Proven track record of completing ground-up gas stations and restaurants (No large commercial, residential, or remodel projects).
- Stable work history—must have at least 3 years per company (No job hoppers).
- Strong ability to lead crews, maintain schedules, enforce quality control, and drive projects to completion.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast (home every weekend, company-paid).
