What We’re Looking For :
- 7 years of experience in commercial construction estimating, specializing in ground-up and turn-key projects
- Proven expertise in concrete and / or masonry work (from a GC or subcontractor experience preferred)
- Ability to independently estimate and manage projects, including takeoffs and detailed cost analysis
- Proficient with Sage Estimating, Bluebeam, and BuildingConnected software
