Title : Engineering Manager / Office Manager
Location : Frederick MD, or North of Philadelphia PA (preferences, but may consider elsewhere in PA or elsewhere in the mid Atlantic)
- Summary : Engineering / Office Manager role to lead and manage our multidisciplined civil engineering team, focusing on water / wastewater, stormwater, municipal, environmental, and other various civil projects. This role combines project oversight with team leadership, ensuring successful project delivery while fostering collaboration within the office and with other teams. As a key leader, you will mentor staff, guide the team’s growth, and support the development of future leaders. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining compliance with environmental regulations and driving innovative solutions to meet client and community needs.
