Join us. **Job Description** **AECOM** is seeking a highly motivated **Entry-Level Structural Engineer** to support the AECOM Transportation, Structures Department (Bridges and Walls) in Philadelphia, PA. **AECOM** is searching for candidates who can be a role model, client-focused, impactful, and decisive. Entry-level technical new hires are eligible to participate in AECOM's Graduate Development Program (GDP), a program designed to support assimilation into the organization, help with technical development planning toward licensure (or other early technical milestones), and create a foundation of knowledge necessary for future career success. _This position is expected to begin in Spring/Summer 2025._ The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Builds analytic and design skills. Conducts engineering design under the supervision of an experienced engineer. Creates designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings under the supervision of an experienced engineer. Collects and analyzes data under the supervision of an experienced engineer. Uses computer software as a tool for solving basic engineering problems. Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule under supervision. **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements** Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field. **Preferred Qualifications** Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification. Master's Degree with Structural Engineering concentration. Experience with AutoCAD, MicroStation, or other civil engineering related software. Excellent oral and written communication skills. **Additional Information** Sponsorship assistance is available for this position. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. This position requires a hybrid work schedule which includes in office work in **Philadelphia, PA** . The selected candidate must be available to work in **Philadelphia** on a scheduled basis. Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
