What are the responsibilities and job description for the EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT position at Aegis Aerospace?
Aegis Aerospace is currently looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team in Houston.
Responsibilities include :
- Coordinate all aspects of the Executive Team's schedule, including travel arrangements, speaking engagements, individual appointments and meetings.
- Research and prepare background materials for meetings, Coordinate special logistics requirements such as food / drink orders.
- Compose and edit correspondence, reports and other documents as directed.
- Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem-solving, and making adjustments to plans.
- Coordinate meetings with the executive leadership team. Record meeting notes and disseminate action items to appropriate members of the team.
- Support Board meetings with logistics, food coordination, taking minutes etc.
- Coordinate Board of Advisor meetings and logistics, as well as possible travel planning for Board.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems and printing / preparing paper copies of presentations / meeting packages.
- Assist with administration duties for contracts and subcontracts as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- This is a modified full-time position.
