Job Overview:
As a Product Marketing Manager at AEGIS, you will play a critical role in driving the go-to-market strategy for our SaaS products. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively communicate the value of our solutions to target industries and customer segments. Your work will directly impact product adoption, customer acquisition, and retention by ensuring that our product positioning, messaging, and marketing campaigns are aligned with customer needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases, collaborating with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft clear, compelling product messaging that communicates the unique value propositions and differentiators of our solutions.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform product positioning and strategy.
- Content Development: Create product-related content including sales enablement materials, case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, product videos, and webinars to support the sales funnel.
- Sales Enablement: Provide the sales team with the tools and training needed to sell the product effectively, including creating pitch decks, product demos, and competitive analysis.
- Customer Feedback Loop: Collaborate with Product Management and Customer Success teams to gather customer feedback, ensuring it informs product roadmap and development.
- Market Research: Conduct customer and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer pain points.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) related to product marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Demand Generation Support: Work closely with demand generation teams to drive campaigns that generate leads and nurture prospects through the funnel.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within a SaaS company.
- Skills:
- Proven track record of executing successful go-to-market strategies for SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
- Proficient in market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
- Experience with product management tools and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
