We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Escrow Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the escrow process by managing documentation, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of mortgage servicing and escrow procedures.
Duties
- Assist in the preparation and review of escrow documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinate communication between buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders throughout the escrow process.
- Maintain detailed records of transactions and manage timelines to ensure timely closings.
- Utilize basic math skills for calculations.
- Perform 10 key typing for data entry tasks related to escrow files.
- Support title clearing processes by gathering necessary documentation and information.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in basic math.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
