Industrial Maintenance Specialist

Opportunity Summary:

Are you a talented Industrial Maintenance Specialist ready to take on the challenge of ensuring our equipment runs smoothly? We need an expert in diverse maintenance tasks to manage and solve issues with our high-tech and mechanical setups.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Execute diagnostic and repair services on mechanical, electrical, and automated machinery.

• Engage in processes involving VFDs (ABB), vision technologies, hydraulic systems, pneumatic setups, and PLCs from Omron and Siemens.

• Administer proactive upkeep for devices like stamping presses, molding units, painting machinery, and assembly lines.

• Identify and troubleshoot complications within conveyor units, hydraulic operations, and control mechanisms.

• Promote seamless production by reducing downtimes and swiftly resolving equipment malfunctions.

• Commit to additional hours when necessary, especially on Saturday PM shifts.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bring at least 3 years of industrial equipment maintenance within a manufacturing setting.

• Exceptional skills in problem-solving across mechatronic, electrical, and automated systems.

• Expertise in systems like hydraulics, VFDs, PLCs, and robotic technology.

• Ability to function in a quick-paced, collaborative workplace.

• Flexibility to handle extra work hours and prolonged shifts when repairs demand.
