JOB SHOP Machinists for IMMEDIATE HIRE
Job Summary :
Industrial Maintenance Company is looking for Experienced JOB SHOP Machinists for IMMEDIATE HIRE. Needing BOTH CNC or Manual / Conventional Machinist experienced with CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, Bridgeport, Lathes, Grinders, Horizontal Boring Mill and Wire EDM.
Expected hours : No less than 40 per week with Overtime available.
Benefits :Schedule :
- Monday - Friday 7am-3 : 30pm.
- Set up and operate machines such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications
- Program machines using CAD / CAM software
- Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to ensure accuracy
- Fabricate parts according to specifications
- Perform quality control checks to ensure parts meet required tolerances
- Maintain machines and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines as needed
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Strong knowledge of machining processes and techniques
- Experience with CAD / CAM software for programming machines
- Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering specifications
- Knowledge of GIBBS CAM and / or Haas programming is a plus
