Job Summary:
The CNC Machinist will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts and components according to manufacturer specifications. This role requires strong technical knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and quality control to ensure efficient and accurate production.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines (milling, turning, grinding, etc.) according to blueprints and work orders.
- Build and set up the programs on the CNC machines.
- Manage the program database for all CNC machines.
- Load raw materials, align workpieces, and select appropriate tools and fixtures.
- Adjust machine settings and tooling to maintain accuracy and quality.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments.
- Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on CNC machines.
- Work closely with engineers, programmers, and production teams to optimize processes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and comply with all safety regulations.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong understanding of CNC machining, tooling, and setup procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring tools and instruments.

Education and Experience:

Physical Requirements:
