Job Summary :
We are seeking A detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our clients team. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC programming, blueprint reading, and quality control procedures to ensure high standards of production.
Key Responsibilities :
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines, including mills and lathes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD / CAM files.
- Perform machine adjustments to ensure parts meet required specifications.
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine performance or part quality.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies to prevent workplace hazards.
- Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and quality control personnel to optimize production processes.
- Document production activities, machine maintenance, and quality control checks.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Proficiency in operating CNC machines, including mills and lathes.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
