Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide valuable insights and support strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings effectively.
In addition, this role will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, identifying opportunities for operational efficiency, and translating business needs into clear and actionable technical requirements. The Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to help drive the success of various projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Interpret data and present findings / recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable format.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support the entire organization with report writing, data analysis & dashboards from various business systems.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis.
- Track and reporting on all company and departmental KPIs.
Project Execution & Business Process Support
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget while meeting the required quality standards. This includes phased enhancements of the newly launched ERP system.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Continuously monitor business processes and systems for areas of improvement and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.
- Prepare and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation, including business processes and procedures, use cases, and process flows. Lead all departments in the creation of departmental SOPs.
- Help manage changes to business processes, systems, or structures by providing training and support to impacted teams and stakeholders.
ERP Support / Data Management
- Provide ongoing system support including the set up of new users & the maintenance of master data.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certifications like CBAP, CCBA, or PMP is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a track record of creating actionable insights from data. In addition, has a proven track of working on business process analysis, requirements gathering, and project support in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Python, R, Excel).
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central a plus.
