Job Description

We are seeking a fast-paced Recruiter to join our team. This role will serve the talent acquisition team in sourcing, screening, coordinating, and hiring new employees for the organization's staffing needs. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, an understanding of recruitment strategies, and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers across various departments. Expectations for all HR team members are that they possess the expertise to drive organizational effectiveness and support business objectives and collaborate with various departments to implement HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and compliance

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback to candidates.
  • Outbound Recruiting : Proactively source and engage with passive seeking candidates to draw in top talent. Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates.
  • Candidate Screening : Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers : Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Provide guidance on candidate selection and hiring processes. Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters.
  • Data Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment metrics. Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions. Prepare reports for management to support strategic HR initiatives.
  • Diversity & Inclusion : Promote and support diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process.
  • Interview Coordination : Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Prepare interview materials and provide guidance to interviewers on best practices.
  • Job Posting : Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and the company website.
  • Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Onboarding Support : Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Recruitment Strategy : Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Workforce Planning : Assist in workforce planning to align staffing with production demands and business growth. Contribute to succession planning efforts within the organization.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Recruiting experience in the engineering, construction, or IT fields.
  • Experience with social media recruiting and digital marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with diversity recruiting practices and strategies.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and workforce dynamics.
