Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform data entry across multiple platforms and reconcile vendor and client accounts
- Ensure compliance with sales tax regulations across multiple states and countries
- Maintain insurance certifications and state business requirements
- Assist with financial analysis to support company growth and performance improvement
- Work closely with external accounting firms for financial audits
- Maintain professional and effective communication with vendors, clients, and internal teams
- Organize and analyze data from various sources to support decision-making
- Adapt to changing accounting requirements and stay current with industry best practices
- Utilize QuickBooks Online, CRM, and ERP systems for financial tracking
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong multitasking ability, including coordinating with vendors and internal staff
- Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in manufacturing or fabrication environments is a plus
- U.S. citizenship required
Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
