Responsibilities:
- Manage the Accounts Payable (AP) function, ensuring that all transactions are accurately paid and processed.
- Set up and maintain relationships with vendors, working with 400 on an annual basis.
- Enter transactions and AP information in WorkDay, perform daily cash flow, and investigate discrepancies within the General Ledger.
- Responsible for reconciling the General Ledger, bank accounts, and journal entries.
- Create journal entries and periodic financial reports.
- Assist with financial auditing processes, month-end close, and quarterly reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a relevant field.
- 2 years of accounting/AP experience within the manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, including QAD.
- Experience with Excel, workday, and other financial software.
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
