What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Manager position at Aegis Worldwide?
Aegis is seeking a maintenance manager for a client of ours in Bedford Park, IL. This person will be in charge of the Maintenace of the manufacturing equipment and facilities maintenance.
- Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance management experience
- Experience with preventive maintenance systems and task management platforms
- They use Maintain X, so this would be ideal.
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills (including up to 480V electrical work and basic PLC understanding).
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, pumps, and motors.
- Ability to lead and prioritize tasks for a maintenance team
- Familiarity with maintenance and repair of various industrial equipment
