Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
- Work on quoting, process improvements, and design for manufacturability.
- Utilize knowledge of secondary processing (heat treat, coating, anodizing, etc.).
- Collaborate with teams to enhance production efficiency.
- 8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering OR 4 years with a 4-year degree.
- Background in lapping, assembly, and machining preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
