Process Technician (3rd Shift)
Location : Elk Grove Village, IL
Shift : 3rd Shift (Training on 1st Shift for 3 Weeks)
Employment Type : Full-Time
Scope of the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Process Technician to join our team as the sole contributor on 3rd shift, focusing on molding processes. In this role, you will maintain blow molding and injection molding machines, support production needs, and collaborate closely with supervisors, leads, and quality inspectors. Your expertise will play a key role in reducing scrap, improving cycle times, and maintaining process logs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of blow molding and injection molding machines.
- Optimize molding processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet production goals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed process logs.
