Technical Sales & Service Representative
Location: Southeastern U.S. (Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina)
Reports to: Sales Director
We are seeking a Technical Sales & Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, sales development, and customer relationship management to ensure the successful application of our products and services. Working closely with the Sales Team, you will help identify new business opportunities, execute service plans, and drive customer satisfaction in the industrial water and wastewater treatment sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to existing customers, including process evaluations, product applications, and troubleshooting.
- Develop expertise in industrial water and wastewater treatment solutions, ensuring optimal system performance for customers.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with current clients.
- Assist in sales development efforts, including preparing technical reports, conducting field tests, and offering application insights.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper handling of company products at customer sites.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company products, customer data, and proprietary information.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Technical, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field preferred).
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot industrial processes effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to create and manage sales quotations and participate in strategic sales planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Willingness to travel at least 40% of the time within the Southeastern U.S.

Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
