Warehouse / Inventory Coordinator
Location : Lake Zurich, IL
Pay : $22-$24 / hour (up to $30 / hour for candidates with purchasing experience)
Schedule : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (or 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM)
A growing leader in air pollution control technology is seeking a Warehouse / Inventory Coordinator to join their collaborative team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions will directly impact operations and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do :
- Spend 50% of your time in the warehouse performing shipping / receiving tasks, organizing inventory, and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Coordinate logistics with vendors and trucking companies.
- Enter purchase orders (POs) and maintain inventory records using an ERP system.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, including Sales, Engineering, and Project Management.
- Operate or learn to operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and dock equipment.
What We’re Looking For :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with inventory control, purchasing, or customer service.
