Job Summary:
The Quality Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the Quality Plan, as well
as overseeing all quality-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement the Quality Plan to ensure adherence to industry standards and
regulations.
● Manage and resolve all quality-related issues.
● Ensure that all QA/QC processes are followed, documented, and reported as needed.
● Work closely with the project team to maintain the highest levels of quality throughout
the construction process.
Qualifications:
Education:
● Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
● Certification in Quality Management from the American Society for Quality (ASQ), ISO
9001 Lead Auditor, or similar certifications (preferred).
Experience:
● Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management or a related field.
● Demonstrated experience in managing quality control for large-scale construction
projects.
● Previous experience working on MTA projects.
Skills:
● Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.
● Thorough knowledge of relevant construction codes, standards, and regulations.
● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
● Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
● Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
● Ability to work on construction sites in various weather conditions.
● Occasional travel to different project sites may be required.
