We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development and sales in the Staffing Industry, with a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
  • Utilize CRM for customer relationship management to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on business development initiatives and performance metrics.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to define long-term goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management practices.
  • Proficiency in software tools for tracking sales activities.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with the capability to analyze market trends and develop actionable plans.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Qualifications

  • Driver's License
  • 5 years of Sales in the Staffing Industry
  • Microsoft Office
  • CRM experience
