We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective territory management, lead generation, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identify opportunities, leverage one's own network, attend networking events and an outside the box thinker on how to excel in Staffing Sales.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned sales territory to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other outreach strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to implement effective sales strategies.
- Track sales performance metrics and report on progress towards goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Experience
- Proven experience in retail sales or territory sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and lead generation techniques.
- Demonstrated ability in cold calling and upselling products or services.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Experience in sales management is a plus but not required.
- A passion for achieving targets and driving business growth.
