As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through our sales process. Customer Support Representative Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through in person, phone, and / or email promptly and professionally
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, providing sale solutions or directing customers to appropriate departments as needed
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and update account information
- Collaborate with sales team members to improve customer experience and share best practices
- Assist with customer concerns and work to find resolutions
- Support team and provide information about our products and services to new customers
