At Aequor Education, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Services Physical Therapist to provide high-quality services to students in a local contract setting in Woodstown, New Jersey.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with varying abilities and needs, with a strong focus on delivering individualized physical therapy services that promote independence and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide direct physical therapy services to students, including exercises, activities, and interventions designed to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
• Document student progress and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders regarding treatment outcomes and goals.
• Adhere to established protocols and procedures for maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
• Experience working with students in a school-based setting, preferably in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
