Quality Control Analyst

Job Description:

• Perform Routine and Non-Routine Analytical Quantitative and Qualitative tests of varying techniques.
• Tests can include the use of standard laboratory equipment to automated analytical instrumentation.
• Testing includes the preparation of solutions (e.g. mobile phases, buffers), calibration standards, etc.
• Perform Routine and Non-Routine Microbiology tests in support of product release and environmental monitoring.
• Perform Lab data reviews.
• Perform Special Testing according to Lab demand.
• Execute basic equipment/instrumentation maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Perform Raw Material sampling.
• Cleaning Lab materials and glassware, including glassware depyrogenation.
• Lab Housekeeping to ensure the area is cleaned and organized in terms of equipment, workbenches, hoods, cabinets, materials disposal; etc.
• Keep Lab documentation organized in terms of flow & archive.
