Job Description (Required) : Role Summary
The Customer Experience (CX) Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our digital customer experience initiatives aligned to the
- Oncology organization. This role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of CX capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving patient experiences.
Responsibilities :
Project Planning and Execution : Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for CX initiatives. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget across a highly matrixed team.
Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including internal business clients, product and technical development partners, to align project goals and expectations. Facilitate regular updates and communication to keep all parties informed.
Capacity Tracking : Coordinate with team members to manage workloads and address any resource constraints.
Risk Management : Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to keep projects on track.
Documentation and Reporting : Maintain comprehensive, fit-for-purpose project documentation, including project plans and status reports. Provide regular updates to CX Oncology leadership and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Meeting facilitation : Create agendas and lead meetings for CX oncology team members to ensure alignment as needed
Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. Experience with customer experience strategy, research and / or design projects is highly desirable.
Skills : Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Knowledge : Understanding of oncology and customer experience principles. Familiarity with digital product lifecycle and role customer experience plays.
Attributes : Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently. Strong problem-solving skills. Highly flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
Software Tools : Proficiency in Microsoft productivity suite (Teams, Planner, Project, PowerPoint etc.).
Interviews : Teams Meeting (first round 30min, second round 45 min)
