Description :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee the Program Management Office (PMO) within Coinbase's Customer Experience (CX) organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects, planning cycles, tracking goal performance, and enhancing overall CX through effective program management and communication. In addition to ad hoc project management, duties include :
Planning and Performance Tracking :
- Oversee planning cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Track and manage goal performance, ensuring alignment with key objectives.
- Develop and implement mechanisms for regular performance reporting.
Communication and Reporting :

Process Improvement and Resource Management :
Ideal candidate has 3 years of project management experience, is an excellent communicator, has attention to detail, highly organized and is excited to manage a PMO across a large organization.
