Job Description :
Aerial Precast Concrete, LLC is seeking a reliable and motivated General Laborer to join our dynamic team. As a general laborer, you will support various tasks within our precast concrete operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to contribute to a growing company while gaining hands-on experience in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in concrete work and precast concrete installation.
- Safely operate and work with various tools and equipment, including safety gear.
- Work at heights and with ladders in a safe manner.
- Perform general labor duties on job sites, including material handling and site preparation.
- Follow company safety protocols and standards.
- Occasional off-site work may be required, with all expenses covered by the company (including transportation, meals, and hotel stays).
- Ability to work from 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM, with occasional overtime.
- Comfortable with heights and working on ladders.
- Must be familiar with and follow safety equipment guidelines.
- Experience in concrete work is required
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks in varying weather conditions.
