Position: General Laborer

We are looking for a dependable and hard-working General Laborer to join our team, with a focus on foundation construction. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and is eager to grow in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and construction of building foundations, including excavation, formwork, and concrete work
• Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks on time
• Load, unload, and move construction materials as needed
• Support skilled trades as required

Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Be responsible, honest, and punctual
• Be willing to learn and work independently or as part of a team
• Have experience with or interest in heavy equipment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
