Your role will involve contributing directly to our commitment to innovation and improved patient care.PURPOSE OF JOB : This role will work closely with sales leadership, marketing, finance, and executive team as a member of the broader Aerin leadership team, partnering with functional areas to develop commercial plans in alignment with business strategy. This individual will build and run sales forecasts and projections, physician segmentation and targeting strategies, sales quota setting and incentive compensation, sales force productivity and effectiveness tools, field sales deployment planning, demand planning, and commercial initiatives analysis. They will also manage CRM tools and other sales operations resources.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Work with the commercial team and sales leadership to develop sales forecasts and projections to include new product introductions, sales territory alignment / expansions, pricing, and channel and market segments.Work with the commercial team and sales leadership to implement sales enablement processes and tools that maximize commercial effectiveness.Work with the commercial team and finance to conduct regular analyses of commercial program results, providing direction for informed adjustments and investments.Work with the commercial leadership to determine the monthly, quarterly and annual commercial forecast and implications for product demand.Responsible for the sales incentive compensation design, implementation and communication. This includes leadership of the design and execution sales incentive plans, incentive trips, SPIFFs, etc., within assigned budget.Continually evaluate and leverage technology to streamline processes and build efficiencies.Act as a model leader in the organization.Responsible for adherence to global regulations and company ethics, compliance and quality policies within the Commercial Operations organization and programs.Support company goals and objectives, policies and procedures.Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS AND RELATED EXPERIENCE : 10 years of commercial or commercial operations experience in the medical device, pharma, or biotech industries, or in management consulting serving those industries.Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics. MBA or CPA desired.Leadership experience in sales compensation design and execution.Experience leading Salesforce.com development, including data, reports, dashboards in support of the commercial organization.Excellent analytical skills to digest and quickly grasp large amounts of data and recognize key issues and trends.Ability to effectively build and develop solid business processes to support business growth strategy.Winning, can-do attitude.
