AERIN is seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful eCommerce Coordinator to support the end-to-end website operations for aerin.com, including merchandising, content management, site enhancements, and digital marketing. The eCommerce Coordinator plays a key role in executing our organization's e-commerce strategies. In this role, you will be a critical part of the team, responsible for merchandising the website and coordinating and executing all content refreshes to support business initiatives and merchandising strategies while driving revenue and conversion for the e-commerce channel. You will serve as a key partner to cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Design, Merchandising, Planning, Copy) to lead and implement all monthly site refreshes and weekly product and marketing updates.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate product launches, including name, brand and copy points, images, and size charts with 3rd party vendors and internal product design teams.
- Build and upload products in eCommerce platform and assign to appropriate merchandise categories. Create and manage the merchandising of category and collection landing pages.
- Collaborate with Merchandising and Planning teams for timely SKU launch for regular product launches and special events/sales/trunk shows, and SKU turn off. Ensure accuracy of products to reflect the most up-to-date product information.
- Visually merchandise the site to support marketing needs and site refreshes. Analyze product performance and utilize data to make merchandising decisions to drive Conversion, AOV and AUR.
- Build, review, publish, and ensure quality control for all content, creative assets and promotions on the website.
- Fully test/QA all product launches and website updates, proactively identifying and correcting issues that surface. Conduct regular on-site testing for accuracy.
- Act as a key participant in QA & UAT for development of new website features, enhancements, and functionality improvements.
- Support and assist with the management and execution of all digital marketing channels including email, paid search, paid social and SEO including updating content and assets in marketing channels such as the email marketing platform and social media channels.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the content calendar, ensuring seamless collaboration across marketing and creative efforts to keep campaigns on schedule and aligned with brand objectives and seasonal initiatives.
- Additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience.
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, Shopify Plus, or a similar platform.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, entrepreneurial attitude.
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through ability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fashion, luxury, home or related retail brand experience.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels such as SEM, SEO, and Email Marketing.
- Experience platforms such as Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Attentive, Meta and Google
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
