POSITION SUMMARY-
The Fleet Title Clerk is responsible for completing all paperwork required to title vehicles in our fleet while acting in accordance with the company values, vision and mission.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS-

- Processes all new vehicle for registration in the state in which they will be titled.
- Prepares tax and title documents.
- Submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
- Maintains a system to verify out-of-state titles.
- Compiles and maintains a complete list of all outstanding title work. Reports to management on the status of any missing or problem titles and provides a current list of outstanding titles to the comptroller at the end of month.
- Signs over titles for all wholesalers who have paid in full. Prepares a monthly report to management of any funds not collected from wholesalers due to missing or incomplete title work.
- Stays abreast of title regulations.
- Cross-trains others to handle title clerk daily responsibilities.
- Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.
Other Job Functions:

Participate in Company events
Keep up to date on all training
Any other duties or special projects assigned by the Retail Sales manager

Education and Work Experience:
- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college
- Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Required to work at desk for long period of time

- Ability to sit for long period of time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
