Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team. As a Rental agent you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers and ensuring that vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and detailed. Duties:
-Checking customers in and out, explaining services we offer and answering any questions they may have.
- Completing all rental contracts and paperwork
- Perform exterior and interior car washes, including vacuuming, window cleaning, and tire shining
- Use buffing and polishing equipment to restore the shine of vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
Experience:
- Previous experience in a car rental role is preferred but not required
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail to ensure that vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and detailed
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
