POSITION SUMMARY-
The Service Manager will oversee the day to day operations of the dealership’s service department, leading a team of technicians, ensuring customer satisfaction by managing vehicles rep while acting in accordance with the company values, vision and mission.

· Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks. Conducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.
· Maintains all new vehicles are properly inspected and stickered within company guidelines and time requirements
· Monitors technicians' daily productivity reports and corresponding payroll records.
· Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
· Monitors and follows up on parts orders with the parts manager to ensure availability.
· Keeps abreast of new equipment and tools available and recommends purchases.
· Ensures that the work areas and customer waiting area are kept clean.
· Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
· Hires, trains, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all service department staff.
· Strives for harmony and teamwork within the department and with all other departments
· Maintains safe work environment.
· Maintains a professional appearance.
Other Job Functions:
Participate in monthly Department meetings
Participate in Company events
Keep up to date on all training
Any other duties or special projects assigned by the General Manager of Retail Sales

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
