Summary:
Aero Foil International is seeking a self-motivated individual to become a part of our Maintenance team. Must have the ability toperform ongoing facility maintenance, while managing routine grounds maintenance, and general facility cleaning.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Routine/Daily
§ Basic maintenance and repair of the facility, including interior and exterior. Electrical, plumbing, or HVAC experience is a plus.
§ Monitor interior and exterior of premise for maintenance needs, including seasonal tasks such as leaf and snow removal.
§ Service, clean, or supply restrooms. Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming. Gather and empty trash.
§ Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment such as, but not limited to CNC Mill, Campbell Grinder, ONA RAM EDM, Beaumont & CHMER speed hole units, Bridgeport mills, Surface grinders, and Drill presses.
§ Order replacement parts, cleaning supplies, or equipment from approved suppliers.
§ Follow all OSHA requirements as required for each area.
§ Keep maintenance work area organized, inventoried and properly stocked with relevant equipment and parts.
§ Completes daily maintenance/cleaning documentation.
§ Use common cleaning tools, cleaners and outdoor equipment.
Physical Requirements:
§ This position is active and frequently requires the ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
§ Handle and move objects manually or with a HILO.
§ Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
§ Exposure to fluorescent lighting.
§ Exposure to moderate shop environment noise level.
Education and Qualifications:
§ High School Diploma
§ Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
§ Ability to read and comprehend instruction manuals.
§ Quick problem-solving skills.
§ Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
§ 2 years of facility maintenance experience, or similar.
§ 2 years of professional cleaning experience is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 - $20.00 per hour
