Position Summary
Responsible for maintaining and organizing the crib areas, while ensuring all gages, tooling and equipment are properly stored and accounted for at all times. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the company’s operations by managing inventory, assisting with gage calibration, tool kitting, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Essential Functions
· Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory levels of gages and tools, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
· Gage/Tool Distribution: Issue and receive gages and tooling to/from employees, ensuring proper documentation.
· Inspection: Inspect gages and equipment for calibration, damage or wear and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
· Organization: Keep the crib area clean, organized and safe, following company policies and safety regulations.
· Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of gage and tool usage, inventory levels and calibration activities.
· Customer Service: Assist employees with gage and tool equipment needs, providing excellent customer service and support.
· Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, gage calibration recall and tool usage.

Experience and Education
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Previous experience in inventory management or a similar role is preferred.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.

Compensation
$40000 - $60000 / year
Compensation is paid hourly and may be adjusted based on level of experience, overtime and shift.
